LeadLx is a prospecting automation platform that extracts companies and contacts from LinkedIn, enriches them, and syncs the data into HubSpot or Salesforce. It also logs LinkedIn messages as CRM activities.

LeadLx uses a browser extension to capture company and contact information directly from LinkedIn pages. Users can extract individual profiles or bulk company lists.

LeadLx uses multiple matching strategies:

  • LinkedIn URL
  • Contact Name + Company Name

The system prevents duplicates when possible.

When exporting a single record from LinkedIn, LeadLx can send:

  • A single contact from a LinkedIn profile (name, title, company, LinkedIn URL, location and any mapped field).
  • A single company from a LinkedIn Company Page (company name, domain, size, industry, LinkedIn URL, headquarter, website and any mapped field).

Yes. LinkedIn messages and InMails can be logged as CRM activities (notes or custom activity types) on the appropriate contact records.

If a messae comes from someone not yet in the CRM, LeadLx will create a new contact automatically and associate it to the corresponding company.

LeadLx supports bulk export of multiple contacts and companies from Sales Navigator searches and lists. You can export:

  • Up to 1,000 companies at once
  • Up to 2,500 contacts in a list

These limits come directly from LinkedIn. We recommend building filters and lists that respect these boundaries to avoid missing records.
