Where does LeadLx get its data?

LeadLx pulls from multiple public sources - the company's own website, public professional profiles, and public business directories. Data is fetched live the moment you click, not from a stale database.

That's why customers report dramatically lower email bounce rates than they used to see from bulk enrichment tools: the data is current the moment it lands in HubSpot.

What sites does LeadLx work on?

The Chrome extension activates on the major B2B research surfaces your reps already use: public professional networks, company websites, and business directories. Prospecting stays in the tabs they had open anyway.

How is LeadLx different from HubSpot's native CRM extensions?

Yes. The sidebar lets you edit HubSpot contact, company, and deal fields inline. Changes write through to HubSpot the moment you save, so you never leave the page you're working.

How does bulk import work? Can I import an entire prospect search?

Run a search the way you normally would, then select the results you want and trigger a bulk import. LeadLx queues the enrichment and writes the contacts to HubSpot in the background while you keep working.

Given a target account, LeadLx assembles the cross-functional people involved in a B2B purchase: economic buyers, champions, technical evaluators, and end users, based on titles, reporting lines, and signals from the same public sources a rep would check manually.

Is there actually a free plan, or is it just a trial?

There's a real free tier with limited monthly enrichment volume and full feature access, so teams can run the workflow end-to-end before deciding whether to upgrade. No card, no expiry.

What's the difference between Focus and Intelligence?

How does LeadLx connect to HubSpot? Is my CRM data secure?

LeadLx connects through HubSpot's official OAuth 2.0 flow; we never see or store your password. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3, and you can revoke the connection from HubSpot at any time.
