This notice explains how LeadLx Ltd (company number 16614490, registered office: 38 Princess Park Manor, Royal Drive, London, N11 3FL, United Kingdom) collects and uses personal data. It covers our website (leadlx.com), LeadLx Academy course bookings, and the LeadLx software product. LeadLx Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here, and we comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Questions or requests: alex@lislex.com.
Data we collect and why
Website visitors. Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to run and secure the site and understand usage. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in operating the site.
Course customers (LeadLx Academy). Name, email, organisation, and billing details to take your booking, process payment, and deliver the Course. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you, and legitimate interest in keeping records.
LeadLx software users. Account details (name, work email, company) and usage data to provide the product, support you, and bill you. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
Business-contact data processed within LeadLx. The product identifies business decision-makers and adds work contact details (such as work email and phone) so users can reach the right people at target companies. Where we determine how this data is used, our lawful basis is legitimate interest in providing B2B sales intelligence, balanced against the rights of the individuals concerned. Individuals can object or ask to be removed at any time (see Your rights).
We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not see or store full card numbers. Stripe processes your payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, under contract and only as needed: payment processing, hosting, email, and analytics. We may disclose data where the law requires it. We do not share your data for others’ marketing.
International transfers
Some providers (such as Stripe) are based outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email alex@lislex.com and we will respond within one month.
Individuals whose business-contact data appears in LeadLx can object to that processing or ask to be removed using the same address, and we will action it.
How long we keep data
We keep booking and billing records for as long as needed to run the relationship and to meet legal and tax obligations (generally six years for financial records). Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for essential functions and, with your consent, for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. For more details, please see our Cookie Policy.
Complaints
If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We may update this notice and will post the current version at leadlx.com/privacy-notice with the date it last changed.
